Changing the nav bar text size

    Hey, I am working on a website and having trouble changing the nav bar text size and i also want to get rid of the rollover. I tryed changing the text size in the style sheet but nothing happend. Anyone have a clue on what i should do? heres my nav bar coding for my theme –
