Changing the order of accordions and opening/closing and acordion

I have installed Responsive Accordion And Collapse (Version 2.3.2 By wpshopmart) and i have two issues with it, recentl:

1. I can’t change the order of accordions within a page annymore. Previously it was no problem.

2. Previously I could open/close an accordion at my website by easily press the + or – on the right, now I have to doubble click for closing. Please have a look at the homepage of my website to get an idea.
