Changing the order of the pages,achives,cats and resources

  • What is the best way to change the order of these boxes.

    At present they display on the right hand side as follows:

    First is Pages, then Archives, then Categories, then Resources.

    I think it would be more useful if it were :
    First is Pages, then Categories, then Resources, then Archives.

    What is the best way to change it ?
