Changing the permalinks?

    I have updated the plugin to version 1.7.2. Using Total theme (purchased). My problem is that lately, something is going completely wrong. For example:

    When The front page url contains the language code instead of the page name or page id is selected, the website home page is fine. When it is not selected, the permalink changes to the permalink of one of the portfolio items on the page.

    Additionally, we are using a plug in called WP Maps. We have purchased the professional edition. When I add a map to a certain page, the permalink changes. I am not quite sure if the problem is with the Polylang plugin, but trying to identify.
