Changing the purchase price prior to order completion

    Hi ATUM Support

    Can you please advise me if changing the purchase price of a product after an order for it has been received but prior to completing the order would show the new price or the old one in the system for this order?

    Hi there,

    Thank you very much for the question.

    Any order when created will pull the price as it is in the product data at that time. When you change the price after, you need to read the product. Or you change the price within the order and click the update in product button.

    Sorry guys, the response wording was not very clear. I was referring to the customers order not the suppliers, is the customers order where you mean the purchase (cost) price can be changed and will this be permanent as I need this to be, also what is meant by “read the product”?
