Changing the “Read More” tag

Hi,

I’m using your beautiful theme and as I am creating a website for a German organization, I’d like to change the “Continue Reading” at the end of condensed posts into “mehr…” or “weiterlesen…”.
I read some articles online about how to alter the read more tag, however I can’t seem to find the corresponding snippet in any of the .php files.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
