Changing the sent from email for imports.

    I was wondering if your plugin has an option to change the email address of where the automated emails come from?? Right now it comes from?[email protected] but we would love to not show WordPress and maybe have a different email address?

    @rgaynor72,

    The plugin does not send emails. They are sent by WordPress. To modify that, you should change the way WordPress sends the emails.

    But for deliverability you shouldn’t change anything about the sender of the email if you don’t change who actually sends the email.

    For that the recommended solution is to use an SMTP plugin and thus apart from changing the sender, make sure that emails are sent according to the sender’s address.
