Changing the sidebar content according to different posts.

Hello all.
The background: I am designing a website which uses wordpress as a cms. I use a custom theme which is modified from the default ‘twentyten’ theme. The single.php page uses the loop for the posts on the left hand side and ststic html (and javascript) content on the right.

The problem: What I want is to load a different set of content (including images and links) on the right sidebar, which changes according to the post.
For example, for a post named, say, POST 1 there has to display the sidebar content CONTENT 1, and this sidebar content has to display for no other post.
