Changing the space above header in Clear Style theme

  • Hello,
    I would like to chaneg one very important thing on website https://www.gi-zrmk.eu/come2com/

    I would like to change the height of an empty space above header, because it’s too big. I can’t find anything useful on google to use in my style.css file. I’m lost now, I don’t know what to change…

    can please someone help me?

    Do you perhaps know as well, how to remove the “block” under the header picture? The one where it only says the name of the page and nothing else?
    I would look up to in the web, but I don’t know even what to look for. Tor these theme it’s not much information online…

    display: none;
}

    If you want it on some pages you’ll have to edit the theme
