Changing the tax rate in the shopping cart

    Hi!
    I have this problem:
    almost all products are taxed at 23%, I also have a product / service taxed at 8%. Is it possible that if a customer adds a product / service with a rate of 8% to the products in the cart with a rate of 23%, then all products in the order will change the rate to 8%?
    I assume that a small PHP code is enough for this, but I do not know the syntax of this language. Is there any chance of getting such a code?
