Changing the title text for the_category

Hello folks!

I have a bit of a question which stumps me, but perhaps it is because my WordPress skills just are too basic to figure it out for myself… ??

When using <?php the_category(', ') ?> I have noticed that the default title text (which pops up when one mouseovers the link) for the link is “View all posts in CATNAME”.

What is the workaround to have category links but with a customized link title?
