Changing the title value in the SEO panel for images

  • Is it possible to use a custom value for the title on images? It seems that the value of the image filename is what gets plugged in (no pun intended) to the title field in the SEO panel but I would like to use a more descriptive value for title.

    Also, is it the SEO plugin or WordPress itself that uses the image filename on a hover over the image? (hopefully, that question makes some sense…)
