Changing the URL structure doesn’t work

Hello,

We have a problem with the url structure of the CPT.

Our URL is as follows: mywebsite.com/locations/texas but we want the URL to be:

mywebsite.com/texas without the ‘location’.

We use the function in the CPT UI plugin at the permalink-base: to false (‘false’->/news/, ‘true’->/blog/news/).

But this doesn’t work, can sombosy please help with this?
