Hello, when I enter the page with third-party cookies deactivated by default the first time with the user user1, I can accept cookies without problems since the banner appears and all cookies appear, but if I disconnect user1 from their session And I connect to user2 which is a new account and session on the same computer no longer shows me the cookie banner and they are also accepted by user1.
In other words, between sessions and different user accounts, the banner should be displayed with cookies disabled with cookies disabled, which would be the default, and it does not.

Greetings and thanks for this great plugin.

    Hi @neoset,

Thank you for your suggestion. This would be a hard thing to implement and is currently not common practice. Generally speaking, cookies are bound to a device and not to a user or website visitor. We would need to ask for consent before someone logs in, but we don’t know if this is the same or a different person before he or she logs in.

The same could be said about multiple devices belonging to the same person. While it would be convenient to ask consent only once per user, cookies are stored per device and that is why consent is registered per device (actually per browser), regardless of the person using the device.

    Regards,
    Leon
