• I have changed some code on my theme and now certain things (the feature blocks for home page and sidebar for blog) are not centering on the page. The 3 front page features should be on one line. LINK Here. Can someone please help me with the code changes I need to make?

  • Although it can probably be done with css, your theme support at https://www.inkthemes.com/support/ would be where to start.

You can use your browser’s developer tools to find out what css controls what you want to change.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

What if certain themes, like this Gommero theme, have horrible, if any, support available?

We still can’t help as we have no access to the theme and just a WAG won’t help anyone. Re-install your theme to overwrite the changes you made.

You might want to look at the free themes here https://www.ads-software.com/themes/ or find a vendor who actually offers assistance. I would also Yelp the person you got the theme from.
