Changing theme format messed up

Trying to change from Rubic, Almost Spring themes to Twenty eleven. Format is all messed up after Twenty eleven installed. I have a multi blog site and it worked fine for changing over other sites themes (several different themes) to Twenty eleven.

It must be in the database? Where and what should I look for?
