Changing Titles in Plugin

Hello

I’m an Event & Travel planner and I’m using this plugin on my company website. I’d like to change some of the titles or wording used in the plugin. For example, I don’t want to use the word “Employee” or “Staff” – I am a sole proprietor and do not have “employees” or “staff”.

I’d like to change the terminology to say Coordinator. Could you please tell me where in the files I can do this?
