Changing to: value from webmaster to something else

Great plugin!!! This does exactly what I’m looking for.
However, I was not able to find option for one little thing.
‘TO value’. There’s really no value or option to set who the email is being sent to. (Owner of the form) but when you print it or get the email form sent to you, it says
TO: WEBMASTERI want to either get rid of that or change webmaster to whatever I want.
Is that possible? It’s not a deal breaker as this is more of cosmetic issue but would love to see if I can fix this.Thank you!
