Changing website into a WP website

What are the current websites built with?

They are built with Web Page Maker and are eBay sites, e.g :www.meandwii.com

What I want to do is scrap all content on that site and use the URL as a WP blog.

I do not know HTML or any code.

Well, as long as your comfortable scrapping everything, it’s as easy as deleting what you have and installing WordPress in its place:
