Changing website ownership

    Hi,
    what are the steps to change the actual website owner to somebody else, that is to trasnfer ownership of the website to somebody else.
    I ask this because the former website admisnitrator has left our organization and I am the new administrator. I do have an admin account but I realize that I can’t still do certain things and the former administrator still has to do those things on my behalf, and still has an account there which I would like to remove.
