Changing Welcome Text On Plugin

You can change the Logged In & Logged Out Greeting in your settings.

I get the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I’m logged in as admin. I went to setting >> General and didn’t see any box there.

That’s super weird. Can you click on the Settings link for Customer Chat on the Plugins page?

Yes I can. The only options available are:

Your Page Connected:

Plugin Settings:
Show on all pages
Show on selected pages
Hide on selected pages.

Can you share a screenshot of the your settings page.

You may have an old version of the plugin.
