Changing “WordPress Address” and “Blog Address”

  • I had my site at a temp domain (example.siteA.com) while building and now that it’s done I was it to use the new site (example.com). It’s on the same server though, just chaning the domain names.

    If I can WordPress Address (URI) and Blog Address (URI) under Options then the stylesheets for the current theme and the admin pages don’t show up, even though the source is pointing to the correct URI. It may be a caching issue or something.

    If I go into the database and change the siteuri and home records back to the old domain, it works again.
