Changing WordPress domain

  • I have been forced to change the domain on which I have installed WordPress. I have changed Blog address (URI): and WordPress address (URI): under General Options. . Oddly enough, the WordPress address (URI): changes back to the original domain after a day or so. So I change it back to the new domain and then after another day or so it goes back to the old one. Any idea of where in the WordPress database this value is set?
