Changing wordpress url and site url not working

But I am not moving any directories.
I have installed wordpress in folder named RAAH and I want to change site url to https://www.quizdesire.com.

need to same both url
like below :
wordpress url is https://www.quizdesire.com/raah
and site url is https://www.quizdesire.com/raah

But I want my home url as https://www.quizdesire.com.
