Changing wordpress URL in phpMyAdmin creates formatting problems?

I have changed back to the 69.89…etc URL so that the site goes back to looking normal. I still can’t seem to change the URL without it effecting the look of the home page. Any suggestions?

I think that you’ll need to explain in more details what you mean by “can’t seem to change the URL without it effecting the look of the home page.” I’m not sure what your site is supposed to look like. I see a background graphic of grass, black text and the same graphic in the banner.
