Changing youtube video according to language

I have a link to a youtube video on my website and I want the video to change depending on what language the user has clicked. I am using Gtranslate to translate pages which is brilliant but at $200 a year to achieve what I want it is way above my budget. I am told I can do it with javascript and have been given a link but have no idea how to do it. Can anyone point me in the right direction /
