  • I think I have seen this issue being asked previously on the forum. Here is a link to it:

Can you please check out the link below and let me know if it is resourceful for your case?

Thanks tsure for responding. There was one potential solution from the link you sent me – to edit header.php but when I found $zerif_logo I see the link to my image is already there. However, still no logo is visible on the website or when I customize it, in fact. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

Ok, after looking a little deeper in the chrome dev console, it appears that the logo is actually rendering but the size of the logo is set to 0 x 0 pixels. Can you please check on the size in your media section? The natural should be 109 x 32 pixels.

Let me know how that goes. Thanks.

Hi Tanveer, thanks a bunch for your help and suggestions. I see in the source where it is 0x0 pixels and I checked my image it is actually 109 by 32, and still it doesn’t reflect. Really strange why it is so stubborn. Any other ideas?

    Hi,

Ok, let me try and investigate a little deeper then. Was this issue there out of the box? Did it show up as soon as you installed the theme ?

I want to understand if this problem is ubiquitous and so does this also happen on a localhost install of WordPress?

    Hi Tanveer,

Sorry, I thought I replied but don’t see it here. Yes, we had it from the very beginning. I tried to substitute the original logo with ours and got nowhere. Thanks for looking into it!

@profilestudio – You might try asking your question on the theme support forum. It appears to be fairly active and someone there may have already reported and fixed this issue.
