Channel disappeared

  • Hello, on my page, the only chat channel was closed for no reason. Me, and nobody else didn’t anything on website. The channel suddenly disappeared.

    I have tried to remove channel from settings and set the shortcode again, but didn’t help. What can I do?

    I even no need the channels, only one place, where all messages are shown. Thanks
