Channel Issue

We set up your plug in and it’s fantastic. One issue we are having is when we change the choice to show the option of viewing videos on the channel we get a black box that says video unavailable. I currently changed it back to show the HTML until we can figure out why this isn’t fully functioning correctly. I have the api key and the channel id correct and verified.
