Channel thumbnails not playing

    Hi – I have embedded a channel into linked page – first video plays fine, but when clicking on thumbnail the video fails to load, leaving a blank space.

    I do use Complianz on the site, and it works when complianz is disabled.

    Is there a setting i need to update/change or a workaround?
