Do you mean the little question marks in your body copy? Those probably appeared because the test was copied and pasted. I would just go in the html view and go over these with – and ‘.

Word documents tend to curl quotes and lengthen hypen which creates the ? symbols.

Yes Christine, that is exactly what I am referring to. I was hoping somebody would have a genius global solution as there are over a thousand user added listings that have those curly quotes.
