Character encoding

  • Dear WordPress friends,

    I just bought a database for wordpress website and I have a weird problem. The guys that I get this db didn’t offer me any help. I have a problem with encoding and spacial/escaping characters appear in the URLs and title of the posts for example –
    domain.com/something-%ef%bf%bd-something/ . I tried few plugins that can fix encoding, but nothing really helped – “%ef%bf%bd” this part is always there. How can I fix it?
