Character limit

  • Hi , I am trying to use this plugin to create custom status on my WooCommerce website , but there are some restrictions on WooCommerce status Character, It is allowing me to add only 17 Character, but I need some more because my status is a bit longer than this.

    Is there any way to fix this issue and extend the character limit ?

    Hi @lutfullab,

    We don’t have the option to increase the slug name character length. But yes, you can increase the limit by editing line number 18 and 21 in “cos-status-name-limit.js” file. This file is available at wp-content/plugins/custom-order-statu-for-woocommerce/assets folder.

    Please make sure that the changes will be lost when you will update the plugin.
