Character Problem at Twitter

    Hi,

    Firstly, thanks for this amazing plugin; it is the best I have ever used. However, there is a little problem. When I want to share my post to Twitter, some characters like “…” or ” ‘ ” is not shown properly; instead they are shown like “8230;” and “8217;” respectively. In the below URL, the post title includes bot of those characters and you can see the problem when you click the tweet button:

    It is obviously a character encoding problem but I couldn’t figure out how to solve this problem. I need some help at this point.

    I sovled the issue changing line 785 og wp-socializer.php file to:

    'url' => 'https://twitter.com/home?status={de-title}%20-%20{s-url}%20{twitter-username}',
