Character problem with PostList plugin

  • I have a list of posts made with PostList plugin which writes some special letters (for example, “à”) as a square. How could I resolve this problem?

    Another question: is there any way of cutting the title of posts in screen and show it full when you place the mouse over the text?

    I saw what happens about my first problem. I limited the length of the titles, and sometimes a character code as aacute; is broken.
