& Character saved in submission

    I have a Single Line Text field, with a Restriction limiting the field to 18 characters.

    I don’t know if that restriction is causing an issue but thought I’d mention it.

    The issue is that when someone enters a “&” character in the front end, it is being saved as “&” in the backend, and the email notification to the site admin is also showing “&”.

    Is there something I can do on my end to have the saved output/notification show the intended “&”?

    Apparently I cannot demonstrate this on the WordPress forum because it’s properly converting my ” & amp ; ” as &.
