Characters missing in URL ?? !!

  • the post title is ok shows in blog with full characters
    but in browsers URL shows only 33 characters from my Arabic title

    /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%-%post_id%.html
    even /%postname%-%post_id%.html
    what should i do now
    if there no answer to this then id only which i hate to start with

    second post and no one answer me
    at least comment what I’m doing is wrong
    my post is suspicious
    anything so i can learn something from this post maybe direct me to other website or anything its really frustrating to feel that way guys
