Characters of the request url gets deleted or the complete redirect gets deleted

    Hi,
    I been working well with this plugin until reccently, i started to add some redirects since the Yoast plug in showed me that there were some broken links, what happened its that when i put the broken url on the request field, add the redirect url and click save sometimes the plug in deletes part of the request url or even the complete redirect (showing like if i didnt entry any data at all).

    Example:
    Request:
    /es/mantenimiento-equipo-medico/sector-gobierno/
    Destination
    https://www.meditegic.com/es/mantenimiento/

    After writing this and make click on “save changes” the page gets reloaded but it doesnt show the changes.

    Its also not working with some other urls like:
