Charge customer for using PayPal

I would like to setup payment in a Contact Form such that it has the following 2 features:

1. It gives the customer a “Manual Checkout” option <br>
   This would allow us to get the form filled in (and emailed to us) and allow the customer to give us a check or cash in person at a later time. It would also give the customer
   The option of paying us using Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo – an electronic payment method that does NOT kill us with payment fees… <br>
2. IF the customer chooses to pay using PayPal, the fees that PayPal charges are paid by the customer.

I’m pretty sure this plugin does not allow either of these options… at least not yet. But if the developers are in this forum, COULD it be added?

or if not, is there another “contact form type” plugin that has payment options like I describe above?
