Charge for event submission

If MightyForms was embedded on a page I manage, would it have the ability for a visitor (Event Coordinator) to submit their events but require them to pay prior to it being published on the calendar?

A client I have wants to have an event coordinator come to her website and see 3 or 4 pay rates based on calendar event display periods. The coordinator would choose a period for an event to display, pay the amount, and have the event automatically display on the calendar.
