Charge Tax on shipping

    I want to change all priority to 1 and set Charge Tax on Shipping to No.

    For Change all priority I select Yes from drop-down and click submit and receive message confirmation.

    For Charge tax on Shipping I select No from drop-down, click submit button and get the confirmation message.

    Then I select my file for upload. However the priority is 0 and the Shipping box is checked for all 442 rates uploaded.

    So Sorry!! I just figured this out.

    I have to upload the file first. Once my rates are there then I select each of these options, press submit and tax rates are updated.

    Please disregard this ticket.
