• I originally had an issue receiving the download after payment. Once that was cleared up I was able to install the plugin. However, it didn’t work as advertised. I was not able to move over the files and images and had to resort to a different method.

    I’m sorry that you didn’t receive the plugin and our answers.
    Please note that an email is sent automatically just after your purchase. This email contains the link to download the plugin.
    Please also note that we answer to all the customers emails within the day.
    So, if you have opened a ticket, we have answered to you.

    If you didn’t receive our emails, please look at your junk email folder. Another reason could be that your provider blocks the emails sent by our domain. In this case, please open another ticket and provide an alternative email address from another domain, so that you can receive our emails.
    If you still don’t receive an answer during the day, please tell us and we will find another way to send you the plugin.

    I took all the measures you spoke of before writing this review. I have never received any type of correspondence from your domain. I work in the IT department and we run our own email servers and I can verify that we have not received anything. What other way can you get this to us? Also, I tried a second time as I thought maybe the first didn’t go through and have been charged twice. I would need one of those charges refunded. I opened a ticket regarding that but never received a response.

    If you have been charged twice, we will of course refund the second purchase.

    I did receive the emails now. It must have been something with our email servers I suppose. Let me check all the downloads and then I can come back and update my review.

    Is it time to change your rating smartstartmarketing? I was just reading these reviews and it seems that it is not just to leave your rating to 1 star. After all maybe it was your mail server the issue ??
