Charged in Error – Refund Required

Hello – you appear to have charged me in error. I noticed a charge on my bank account dated 16 April with payment reference Paymentplugins. I tried using your plugin for a few weeks last year but changed to an alternative plugin soon afterwards. I no longer have any use for your plugin and it was uninstalled from my application several months ago. I did not receive any renewal confirmation or invoice from you. Please advise.
