    I purchased Jetpack VaultPress Backup and was charged twice and never recieved the product. I have tried to resolve this on my own but may be forced to claim fraud as I can’t talk to anyone to resolve this.

    I purchased Jetpack VaultPress Backup and was charged twice and never recieved the product. I have my bank statements to prove the charges. I tried to resolve this earlier but I had a family death that caused me to pause persuing this but I just want my money back. The transaction was made on 5/31/24 andI have screenshots of the transactions.

    Very sorry to hear about your loss, as well as this issue with the Jetpack products.

    I have put it a request with our payments team to process a refund (I need help from them since it is older than 90 days, otherwise I would just process the refunds myself.)
