    I think you are posting in the wrong place as this is a free plugin as we only answer support questions about Geotargeting Lite plugin.

    If you meant GeotargetingWP you need to contact them at https://geotargetingwp.com/contact-us and I’m sure you will get your refund.

    That being said, there is a cancel subscription button, the “change” button is just to “change” the subscription to another tier.
