Hey Guys

I have created a simple charity page with visual composer and Ultimate addons. The site is https://www.gochelsea.org so you can see my problem. I am using a Blank theme because i thought that was the way forward without really understanding wordpress.

I have a header page and a footer page and I don’t require them. So my question is should I create a custom template or should I remove the header or footer. I am not an expert and your advice and any tips would be greatly appreciated. So thank you in advance for your kindness and generous comments.
