Charity starter site import not working

    Hi,

    I am unable to import the ‘charity’ starter site. The installer gets stuck on ‘importing images from customizer’.

    I am able to import other starter sites like ‘news’.

    I am on a clean WordPress install with only the Blocksy Companion plugin installed.

    WordPress version: 5.4.2
    Blocksy version: 1.7.22
    Blocksy Companion version: 1.7.17
    PHP Version: 7.2.26

  • This turned out to be a server issue, specifically how it handles the “media_handle_sideload()” function. Needs further investigation from the hosting side.
