charset broken on hardcoded content ind sidebar.php

  • I wonder how this happend? The hardcoded content test correct when viewing it with western (mac os roman) while the post are broken. When viewing in utf-8 the posts are good but the scandinavian characters in the hardcoded sidebar.php are showing as quistion marks..

    any idea?
