Chart is not showing on dashboard

    i need more information in order to understand what’s happening.
    can you see the data when testing the query?
    you get no results when clicking on “test”?
    can you embed the chart in a page?

    Answers for the Questions:

    1.can you see the data when testing the query?
    Yes, i am able to see the output on testing the query in query menu.

    2.you get no results when clicking on “test”?
    In charts menu the query is not executing and not showing any results.

    3.can you embed the chart in a page?
    No, i am not able to embed the chart inside the page or post.]

    Do you have any error in the JS console (ctrl+shift+I) when trying to build the chart?

    No news on this since 4 months.
