    Hi @datverse

Please share a screenshot to show how you added the shortcode and the page URL where the chart doesn’t appear so we can take a closer look at this issue.

    Hi poonam Namdev,

on our site it′s the same. Shortcode doesn′t work. We recognized Borlabs Cookies Plugin blocks the content.

    How can we get this?

    Thanks for your help!

    Best regards!

    Hi @gestaltraeume!

If you suspect a plugin conflict between Visualizer and the Borlabs Cookie plugin, please contact the Borlabs Cookie plugin author. It is a premium plugin, so unfortunately we can’t check the conflict or debug the issue on our end.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi @luciamarinescu,

Borlabs cookies send me an answer:
No, we are not aware of any conflict here. Basically, Borlabs does not influence any other plugin. Therefore, in your case it would be necessary to contact Visualizer support.

The conflict probably comes from their plugin.

How can we solve the problem?

    Thanks for your answer!

    Best regards!

    Hello @gestaltraeume!

Please provide us the URL to the page from your site where you add the chart so we can check the issue and a screencast showing how you add the shortcode.

    Thank you!

Hi @luciamarinescu here is the Link to the page https://sonnenstrom365.de/ – the shortcode is before the box with the text IMMER MIT STROM VERSORGT.

    Thanks for your help!

    Best regards!

    @luciamarinescu any news for us?

    Hi @gestaltraeume!

I noticed there is an error on your site regarding Google not being defined when loading the chart. This means that a Google library, which is used by Visualizer, can’t be loaded. The Borlabs Cookies plugin seems to block external libraries, including Google ones, so it may block the Google Charts library as well. This seems to be the reason why the charts are not loading on your page and unfortunately this is not something that we can fix on our end.

Thank you for understanding and have a nice day!

    Hi @luciamarinescu ,

thanks for the advice regarding the site https://sonnenstrom365.de/. Unfortunately external libraries, including Google ones and the Google Charts library are not compatible with German data protection. Is there a possibility to record the code locally or is there another way to use visualizer?

    Hello @milenakendur ,

    Thank you for your reply!

Unfortunately, Visualizer uses Google Charts library to display the charts thus if you have any plugins or setting that is preventing that library from being used, then there is nothing we can do on our end. You can try and see if your environment allows the use of ChartJS instead of Google Charts for data visualization.

To do so, you can select ChartJS when creating a new chart from the dropdown below the chart selection area. (screencast)

Thank you for understanding and have an amazing day!
